MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

The following values give you an idea of how you will be charged on a monthly basis depending on the size of your property. Weekly mowing, trimming, edging and winter snow removal services are all included.

• Less than .25 Acres = $180/month

• .25 Acre = $200/month

• .5 Acre = $220/month

• .8 Acre = $240/month

• 1 Acre = $ 260/month

• 2 Acre or greater = $70/man hour

Additional services:

• Weed: .25 Acres = $110 (per application)

• Feed: .25 Acres = $110 (per application)

• Seed: .25 Acres = $1100 (per application)

• Leaf cleanup = (must see to determine)

ONE TIME CUSTOMER:

The following prices are for the customer that just need our service every now and then. For example, upkeep property while your away on vacation. Or, maybe your unable to do it yourself that week and would like some help.

• Mowing/trimming/leaf cleanup = $90/man hour

• Edging = $45

• Weed: .25 Acres = $110 (per application)

• Feed: .25 Acres = $110 (per application)

• Seed: .25 Acres = $1100 (per application)

• Snow Removal = $140/hour ($140 minimum)

COMMERCIAL

• Flat fee: $80/man hour

Additional services:
